If you have received a defective item, you
must return the item to us within 10 days of invoice. You must return the product in its original packaging, complete with all components and documentation. We will repair, replace or refund your purchase. After
10 days, the terms of the corresponding manufacturer's warranty, if any, will apply, in which case you may be required to send the product directly to the manufacturer's processing or repair facility.
If we accidentally sent the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct item, provided that you return the product unopened, undamaged and accompanied by all components within
10 days of invoice.
All non-defective product returns are subject to a
40% restocking fee.
We will replace the item, or give you credit for a future purchase. The product must be returned in saleable condition within
10 days of invoice. Your return must be in its original packaging and include all components, including documentation. MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS OR MANUALS MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL DAMAGE SURCHARGE.
Returns Must Be Authorized
All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA). Request your RMA by using this

RMA. Your confirmation or invoice number is also helpful, and will assist us in issuing an RMA quickly. We will respond to your request within one business day.
Your RMA will include specific instructions on how to return your item. You must pre-pay the return freight and insurance, and use a traceable shipping method
(i.e.. Airborne, UPS, FedEx). Do not send via the postal service as we cannot trace postal service packages.
Computers Plus is not responsible for any damage or loss of any kind due to your use of any of the products we sell. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product.
